Kitty Party is a Berlin-based team building and workplace culture partner helping organizations bring people together through meaningful shared experiences.

We started with small team gatherings in Berlin and grew into a global partner for onsite, virtual, and hybrid team events, corporate retreats, and workplace happiness initiatives. Today, we work with startups, scale-ups, and international organizations, including remote-first and hybrid teams.

Our core work focuses on team building and connection. We design and facilitate onsite, virtual, and hybrid team experiences such as quizzes and trivia games, cooking classes, food and chocolate workshops, mindfulness and laughter yoga sessions, walking food tours, happy hours, and seasonal corporate celebrations. These experiences support communication, engagement, and strong team relationships.

Through our work with teams across locations, cultures, and time zones, we learned something essential. Happiness is not an extra at work. It is a foundation of healthy workplace culture, collaboration, and long-term performance.

That insight led us to expand beyond one-off events into workplace culture and happiness development. We now support organizations through team retreats, learning and development workshops, employee well-being and happiness training, and culture reset sessions. This work focuses on practical communication habits, gratitude practices, creating flow-friendly work environments, and building harmonious team collaboration.

Whether we are facilitating a leadership retreat, delivering a workplace happiness workshop, or hosting a virtual team building experience for distributed teams, our approach is always human, practical, and experience-driven.

Our mission is simple. We help organizations build happier, more connected teams. When people communicate openly, feel valued, and experience joy together, culture strengthens and work becomes more meaningful.

About Nistha

Founder & Principal Facilitator

Corporate keynote speaking on workplace happiness and team connection in Berlin

Most team building feels like a checkbox. Nistha built Kitty Party to be the opposite.

She graduated as a gold medalist in Finance and IT. She could have taken the corporate route. Instead, she followed her intuition toward something that felt more meaningful: helping people connect.

In 2013, while living in South Korea, she started facilitating group experiences exploring play, presence, and shared moments. She discovered that the right experience could shift a group's energy in ways that no meeting or email ever could.

In 2019, she founded Kitty Party in Berlin. Today, she helps startups, scale-ups, and global organizations build team cultures where people genuinely collaborate. Not because they have to. Because they want to.

Online, she is known worldwide as the Dancing Chef. Her virtual cooking events have brought together thousands of remote teams, with the Butter Chicken Masterclass becoming a fan favourite. She brings the same energy to everything she does: high warmth, zero awkwardness, and attention to details.

She is a certified Happiness Coach and Laughter Yoga leader and has worked with teams at Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, MIT, and hundreds of companies across Europe and beyond.

Outside of work, Nistha is constantly feeding her curiosity. She reads widely across psychology, culture, happiness, personal development, health and business. She bikes , hikes through forests, and dances whenever she gets the chance. She is always hunting for the best chocolate in whatever city she visits and believes that travel and good food are not distractions from her work. They are what make it possible.

She does not believe in forced fun or awkward icebreakers. She believes in creating the conditions where trust, connection, and real collaboration become possible. That is what Kitty Party is for.
