Kitty Party is a Berlin-based corporate team building and team experience brand creating customised onsite, virtual, and hybrid experiences for organisations, teams, and conferences.

Since 2019, we have hosted experiences for more than 50,000 participants at 300+ events, for organisations from startups and scale-ups to universities and global companies.

Working with teams is what genuinely excites us.

We love bringing colleagues together, whether it is a small team looking for a fun afternoon in Berlin, hundreds of people attending an international conference, or employees connecting virtually from different countries and time zones.

We are flexible by design. There is no single Kitty Party format.

Our experiences range from high-energy team building activities, games, food and creative workshops to workplace happiness sessions, mindfulness, laughter, movement and short active breaks. We also design corporate offsites, team retreats, company celebrations, conference activities, and customised corporate events.

Every experience is shaped around your team, group size, location, available time, budget, and the kind of atmosphere you want to create.

We work onsite, virtually, and in hybrid formats, and we care about the details that make an experience work: the flow, timing, atmosphere, level of interaction, and making people feel comfortable taking part.

Our experiences are created specifically for organisations, corporate teams, conferences, offsites, and workplace events.

From a 10-minute conference energiser to a virtual team building session, an onsite team event in Berlin, a workplace happiness workshop, or a multi-day corporate retreat, our goal stays the same: understand what your people need and create the right experience for that moment.

About Nistha

Founder & Principal Facilitator

Nistha Trehun, founder of Kitty Party in Berlin, in a black blazer, resting her chin on her hand

Most team building feels like a checkbox. Nistha built Kitty Party to be the opposite.

She graduated as a gold medalist in Finance and IT, but instead of following the traditional corporate route, she chose to build a career around something she genuinely loves: bringing people together.

In 2019, she founded Kitty Party in Berlin. Since then, she has hosted experiences for more than 50,000 participants at 300+ events, for organisations including Google, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, LinkedIn, and MIT.

What makes Nistha’s work different is that she doesn’t bring the same energy into every room.

Some teams want to laugh, dance, compete, and completely switch off from work. Others need to slow down, stretch, breathe, reflect, or simply have a good conversation. A conference might need a five-minute energy boost between sessions, while an offsite might need an entire day of experiences that bring people together.

Nistha works across all of these moods.

Her work today includes high-energy team building, workplace happiness workshops, active breaks, keynote speaking, team retreats, event hosting, and corporate event planning. The format changes depending on the people, the occasion, and what the team needs.

She is a Certified Workplace Happiness Consultant and Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, but her biggest strength comes from years of working directly with groups: reading the room, getting people involved, removing awkwardness, and knowing when to raise the energy and when to bring it down.

Outside of work, Nistha is constantly learning. She reads widely about happiness, culture, personal development, health, and business. She bikes, hikes, dances, travels whenever she can, and is always looking for the best chocolate in every city she visits.

She doesn’t believe every team needs the same activity.

She believes every team needs the right experience for that moment.

That is what Kitty Party is for.
