This notice explains how we process personal data when you use kitty-party.de and kittyparty.de, contact us, or book our services. It is provided under the GDPR and German law.
1) Who is responsible

2) What data we process
contact data (name, email, phone, company/role)
event/booking data (date, location, team size, requests)
billing data (billing address, VAT). Payment details are handled by your payment provider
technical/log data (IP address, time, URL/referrer, device/browser)
cookies/online identifiers (see section 5)
We do not require special-category data. If you choose to share it (for example, dietary needs), we use it only with your explicit consent and only to organise your event.
3) Why we use your data (legal bases)
to handle enquiries, give quotes and perform contracts — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
to meet legal duties in invoicing/accounting — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR
to run and secure the website (server/error logs, abuse prevention) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
with your consent: non-essential analytics/marketing cookies; newsletters if used — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR
any special-category data you share — Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent)
4) Who receives your data (categories)
Only as needed: hosting/CDN and security providers; email/form providers; payment processors; event vendors (only to fulfil your booking); and analytics/consent tools (only if you consent).
5) Cookies & your choices (GDPR + § 25 TDDDG)
We use essential cookies to make the site work and—only with your consent—non-essential cookies (for example, analytics or embedded media).

If we don’t use non-essential cookies, we won’t set them.
6) Transfers outside the EU/EEA
If we send data to a country without an EU adequacy decision, we protect it using approved safeguards (for example, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified US providers or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Details are available on request.
7) How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. We consider legal duties, contractual needs, possible claims, and security. Records we must keep under commercial/tax law are retained for the statutory period and then deleted.
If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so promptly, unless we must keep some information to meet legal obligations (for example, invoices).
8) Your rights and how to use them
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
If you have concerns, please contact info@kittyparty.de first and we will try to resolve them quickly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (for example, in Berlin: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
9) If you don’t provide data
If you don’t give the information we need to handle an enquiry or perform a contract, we may be unable to provide the requested service.
