Stories that shift perspectives- and improve everyday life.
I've always loved being on stage. Whether it's hosting a team event, teaching a recipe, leading trivia, or doing laughter yoga sessions - a microphone in my hand feels like home. I still get nervous before a talk, but the excitement always wins. My little ritual? I eat something delicious - usually palak paneer or spicy macaroni - dance around to keep the energy high, and step out feeling confident in a dress I love.
For years I've been putting together events that bring people together - from corporate workshops and retreats to cooking classes and cultural celebrations. What I've realized is that beyond all the events, what I really love is the speaking part. Sharing stories, sparking ideas, and leaving people with something they'll actually remember.
Now, as a Happiness Coach and Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, I bring that same energy to the stage - blending lessons from my travels, my Indian roots, and my curiosity about what actually makes people happy. For me, speaking isn't just about talking. It's about connecting, and that magical moment when an entire room starts smiling together.
