Keynote Speaking on Happiness at Work and Teams

I speak about entrepreneurship, teams, happiness at work, and women in business, grounded in real experience and practical application.

I have worked with a wide range of organisations, from fast-growing startups to established global companies, supporting teams through events, workshops, and facilitated experiences. Across this work, one insight has consistently stood out. When people feel connected, valued, and motivated, teams collaborate better and organisations perform more sustainably.

To date, I have worked with more than 300 companies and engaged over 50,000 people through both in-person and online formats. This hands-on experience has shaped my understanding of how teams operate under real pressure, how culture influences outcomes, and how human connection directly impacts productivity and creativity.

As an entrepreneur, I built my business from the ground up. My work is closely tied to understanding what it takes to start, grow, and sustain a business, especially in challenging environments. I speak openly about entrepreneurship, self-growth, and resilience, with a particular focus on the realities women face in business today.

Happiness and human connection are central to my work, not as abstract ideas, but as practical drivers of engagement and performance. I am a certified Laughter Yoga Coach and a certified Happiness Coach, trained through multiple institutes. These frameworks inform my approach, but my insights are rooted in applying them within real teams, events, and organisational settings.

In my talks, I explore how entrepreneurs and teams can build healthier work cultures, how women can create businesses aligned with their strengths, and why happiness at work is not a soft concept but a strategic one. My sessions combine lived experience, practical frameworks, and real-world examples that organisations can relate to and apply.

If you are looking for a speaker on entrepreneurship, team culture, happiness at work, or women in business, I would be happy to connect and explore how we can work together.

My Top Topics:

  • Entrepreneurship is often presented as fast growth and success. In reality, it is shaped by uncertainty, learning, and constant decision-making.

In this keynote, I share my real experience of building a business from scratch. I speak openly about challenges, setbacks, and the personal growth required to sustain a business over time. The focus is on building something meaningful and viable without burnout or unrealistic expectations.

This session explores how women can use their existing skills, experience, and values to create businesses that fit who they are. It also addresses confidence, visibility, and resilience, and the realities women face when building businesses in today’s environment.

This is a practical and honest talk grounded in lived experience, not theory.

The session focuses on practical factors such as trust, communication, emotional safety, and clarity. It shows how teams perform better when people feel supported and connected, not pressured or overwhelmed.

Rather than abstract theory, the focus is on simple, practical shifts that help teams reduce friction, handle change more effectively, and work with greater clarity.

Developed by psychologist Martin Seligman, the model is widely used in organisational, educational, and coaching contexts around the world.

The session explores how teams become more efficient when people feel emotionally safe, engaged in their work, connected to one another, clear about purpose, and able to see progress in what they do.

The focus is on building trust, improving communication, and creating psychological safety so teams can address issues openly instead of letting them escalate.

  • Building a business as an expat woman is not just a professional journey. It is deeply personal.

In this session, I share my real story of becoming an entrepreneur in a new country, without an existing network, familiar systems, or a clear roadmap. I speak honestly about the early uncertainty, the fear of getting things wrong, and the pressure of having to figure everything out from scratch while adapting to a new environment.

The talk explores what it means to build confidence when you do not fully belong yet, how to trust your skills when external validation is limited, and how resilience is developed through everyday decisions rather than big breakthroughs. I reflect on moments of self-doubt, learning to ask for support, and finding the courage to keep going even when progress felt slow or invisible.

Alongside the challenges, I also share what this journey taught me about growth, identity, and persistence. Building a business as an expat required learning how to stay grounded, how to create community, and how to design work that felt sustainable rather than exhausting. These lessons shaped not only my business, but also how I work with people and teams today.

This session is an honest, relatable account of entrepreneurship beyond success stories. It is about navigating change, building resilience, and growing into yourself while building something of your own.
