Keynote Speaking on Entrepreneurship, Employee Happiness & Wellbeing

I speak about entrepreneurship, teams, happiness at work, and women in business, grounded in real experience and practical application.

I have worked with a wide range of organisations, from fast-growing startups to established global companies, supporting teams through events, workshops, and facilitated experiences. Across this work, one insight has consistently stood out. When people feel connected, valued, and motivated, teams collaborate better and organisations perform more sustainably.

To date, I have worked with more than 300 companies and engaged over 50,000 people through both in-person and online formats. This hands-on experience has shaped my understanding of how teams operate under real pressure, how culture influences outcomes, and how human connection directly impacts productivity and creativity.

As an entrepreneur, I built my business from the ground up. My work is closely tied to understanding what it takes to start, grow, and sustain a business, especially in challenging environments. I speak openly about entrepreneurship, self-growth, and resilience, with a particular focus on the realities women face in business today.

Happiness and human connection are central to my work, not as abstract ideas, but as practical drivers of engagement and performance. I am a certified Laughter Yoga Coach and a certified Happiness Coach, trained through multiple institutes. These frameworks inform my approach, but my insights are rooted in applying them within real teams, events, and organisational settings.

In my talks, I explore how entrepreneurs and teams can build healthier work cultures, how women can create businesses aligned with their strengths, and why happiness at work is not a soft concept but a strategic one. My sessions combine lived experience, practical frameworks, and real-world examples that organisations can relate to and apply.

If you are looking for a speaker on entrepreneurship, team culture, happiness at work, or women in business, I would be happy to connect and explore how we can work together.

My Top Topics:

  • Building a business as an expat woman is not just a professional journey. It is deeply personal.

In this session, I share my real story of becoming an entrepreneur in a new country, without an existing network, familiar systems, or a clear roadmap. I speak honestly about the early uncertainty, the fear of getting things wrong, and the pressure of having to figure everything out from scratch while adapting to a new environment.

The talk explores what it means to build confidence when you do not fully belong yet, how to trust your skills when external validation is limited, and how resilience is developed through everyday decisions rather than big breakthroughs. I reflect on moments of self-doubt, learning to ask for support, and finding the courage to keep going even when progress felt slow or invisible.

In this keynote, I share six lessons that helped me navigate uncertainty, build resilience, create opportunities, and grow both personally and professionally.

Alongside the challenges, I also share what this journey taught me about growth, identity, and persistence. Building a business as an expat required learning how to stay grounded, how to create community, and how to design work that felt sustainable rather than exhausting. These lessons shaped not only my business, but also how I work with people and teams today.

This session is an honest, relatable account of entrepreneurship beyond success stories. It is about navigating change, building resilience, and growing into yourself while building something of your own.

  • Many people dream of starting a business, but one of the biggest challenges is knowing what kind of business to build. Too often, people follow trends, copy what others are doing, or pursue opportunities that look attractive from the outside without considering whether they are truly aligned with who they are.

In this keynote, I share lessons from my own entrepreneurial journey and explore how our skills, strengths, experiences, values, and interests can become the foundation of a unique and sustainable business. I discuss the difference between short-term interests and deeper strengths, how to identify what we naturally enjoy and excel at, and why self-awareness is one of the most valuable tools an entrepreneur can develop.

Together, we'll explore how to uncover opportunities that align with our strengths, create meaningful offerings, and build businesses that we can continue to enjoy and grow over the long term. We'll also look at confidence, visibility, resilience, and the realities of entrepreneurship, including why some businesses survive challenges while others struggle when the initial excitement fades.

I also explore how our personal stories and life experiences often reveal business opportunities that others overlook.

Attendees will leave with practical ideas for identifying their unique strengths, discovering business opportunities that fit who they are, and building something that is both personally meaningful and commercially viable.

  • Workplace happiness is often associated with perks, parties, and bigger budgets, but my experience has shown that the happiest workplaces are built differently.

Having spent years designing and facilitating experiences for thousands of employees across hundreds of companies, I've seen firsthand what creates genuine human connection, participation, joy, and engagement. Through this work, and through my growing interest in workplace happiness I've become fascinated by what helps people thrive long after the event is over.

In this keynote, I explore what helps people feel happier, more engaged, and more connected at work, and how organizations can create those conditions without relying on expensive initiatives or constant events.

Together, we'll explore how meaningful work, authentic relationships, personal strengths, flow, and a sense of belonging contribute to workplace happiness and sustainable performance. Attendees will leave with practical ideas for creating workplaces where people can do their best work while feeling more connected, motivated, and fulfilled.

  • For years, I've worked with teams from around the world as an event host and facilitator, creating experiences designed to bring people together, spark conversations, and create moments of connection. Along the way, I became fascinated by a simple question: what helps people thrive?

Working with thousands of people across different companies, cultures, and industries has shown me that while workplaces may differ, human needs are remarkably similar. We all want to feel connected, engaged, valued, supported, and able to make progress in what we do.

My work sparked a deep interest in understanding human happiness, wellbeing, and what helps people flourish. This curiosity led me to further study workplace happiness, helping me better understand the patterns I was already observing through my work with teams.

In this keynote, I explore five essential elements that help employees thrive and contribute to happier and more fulfilling workplaces. Drawing on both practical experience and research-backed insights, I share ideas for creating environments where people feel more engaged, motivated, connected, and able to do their best work.

Attendees will leave with a better understanding of what helps people thrive at work and practical ways to create more positive workplace experiences.

  • After facilitating team experiences, workshops, and events for more than 50,000 employees across hundreds of companies, I've become fascinated by one question: what helps people connect?

In this keynote, I share the lessons I've learned from bringing people together across cultures, industries, and workplaces. Through stories, observations, and real-world examples, I explore why human connection matters at work, what gets in the way, and how small moments of interaction can transform the way people experience work.

Together, we'll explore how connection influences workplace happiness, engagement, participation, and belonging, and why organisations that create opportunities for people to connect as humans often create stronger workplace experiences.

This session offers practical insights for leaders, teams, and organisations looking to create more connected, engaged, and human centred workplaces.

  • One of the ideas that fascinates me most is flow: those moments when we become so immersed in what we are doing that we lose track of time, feel fully engaged, and perform at our best.

As an event host, facilitator, and Happiness Coach, I have spent years creating experiences designed to keep people engaged, involved, and immersed. Through this work, I have become increasingly interested in understanding what helps people experience flow, both as individuals and as part of a team.

In this keynote, I explore what flow looks like in the workplace and why it matters for both happiness and performance. We look at how people can spend more time doing work that aligns with their strengths, interests, and abilities, and how organizations can create environments that encourage focus, engagement, creativity, and meaningful contribution.

Teams that experience more flow often report higher engagement, greater job satisfaction, and are more likely to remain committed to their work and organisation.

Because flow is deeply personal, there is no single formula that works for everyone. This session explores how different people experience flow in different ways and how teams can create conditions that help more people experience those moments of deep engagement and satisfaction at work.

Attendees will leave with practical ideas for creating workplaces where people feel more focused, engaged, productive, and fulfilled.

  • When I started my journey, I could not have imagined hosting events for more than 50,000 people, working with global companies, speaking on international stages, building a business in a new country, and creating opportunities that once felt far beyond my reach.

The person I am today is very different from the person I was when I started my journey. That change did not happen overnight. It happened through continuous learning, feedback, practice, discomfort, and small decisions to keep growing.

In this keynote, I share how reinvention happens step by step. We explore how the way we communicate, present ourselves, build confidence, learn new skills, accept feedback, and show up in the world can shape the opportunities we create.

This talk is not only about business or career success. It is about becoming more capable in every area of life. Whether the goal is to speak better, lead better, build something new, become more visible, adapt to change, or create a new future, we often need to grow into the person who can achieve it.

Through personal stories and practical lessons, I show how continuous learning can help us reinvent ourselves bit by bit. Over time, these small changes become a powerful transformation. One day, we look back and realize we have become someone we once could only imagine.
