Onsite and Virtual Team Building Events in Berlin

Nistha held an keynote speech at our Google Munich office yesterday. Her insights on building a business as a female entrepreneur are super interesting. She explained to us how tough it is sometimes to be a female entrepreneur in a foreign country, but she also made it sound so fun and exciting! Super inspirational, well done!

Nistha has this wonderful ability to mix storytelling, entrepreneurship, real life lessons, and humor in a way that feels like a conversation with a friend rather than a speaker on a stage. She moved through her talk and life story with so much joy — you could feel how much she meant every word. I'm grateful our paths crossed!

We booked Nistha as a Keynote speaker during International Women's Day celebration at Google Munich and her keynote was not only inspiring and engaging, but it gave us all a good laugh (we did some Laugh Yoga at the end of the session). Her spirit, perseverance and commitment to her company is exceptional. Thank you Nistha for coming all the way from Berlin only for this keynote, it meant a lot to the women@Google Munich community. Hopefully, our paths will cross again in the future.

Nistha gave an incredible keynote session at Google. It was inspiring, powerful, funny, relatable, and honest—she truly did an amazing job. I have been to many events with many speakers, but her talk will definitely stay with me for a while. Her stories on trust, building a business from scratch, and constant evolution were a masterclass in resilience. We had a team event with Nistha which was an Indian food cooking class, this was a lot of fun and the food was delicious! The event was very well organised and she was a really good host, and she even gave us some really interesting facts about different spices used in Indian cuisine! Nistha did a cocktail-making and dance session for the UX Designers and Technical Writers of ServiceNow India. The session was an energy boost during 2 days of the internal summit. It was a very engaging and fun session. The employees had a lot of fun and the session woke them up for further sessions of the summit. As the session was on a different platform and Nistha was also in a different timezone, it was a task to coordinate and make sure that the session starts on time. An event with Nistha is a very special experience. All the palpable joy in the creation, her affection, her appreciation of good food, her laughter and her dance — everything is easily transferred to the participants of her courses. We were able to experience a cooking class with Nistha, with a real hands-on mentality: dancing, food science, cutting, cooking, creative arrangement and then eating festively. And so with her, actually two recipes always succeed at the same time: the culinary one, and the completely successful team experience led by her. You go on a culinary journey, and you also learn something about the country and culture, about your colleagues, and about the latest Indian music trends. Nistha organized Adobe's Virtual Holi celebration across multiple time zones for a global audience. Her impeccable recipes, energetic performance and ability to engage attendees was fantastic. Working with Nistha was a pleasure, easy and a true collaboration. I cannot recommend her enough :)

Nistha ran a great digital cooking class for my team at Productsup. We were very impressed that she involved everyone from the beginning, consistently checked that everyone was on track, and made sure we left no one behind! She brought great energy (and dance moves) to the class and our team had a lot of fun. Even the self-proclaimed "bad cooks" in our team made a great curry and we were all extremely happy with the taste of the dish. Thanks again Nistha, I highly recommend your cooking courses!

Nistha always impresses me with her determination, ambitious goals and willingness to improve herself. She successfully established and grew her own business despite the challenges she was facing. She listens to every idea and also to criticism, and she actually improves based on that, which is not always easy to do. She has a very strong drive to succeed and she does everything to make it happen. I am always impressed with her achievements.

Nistha offered a virtual three-course cooking class for my customer. She made it fun, personal and interactive for everyone that took part. Her presentation was professional and you could tell that she has a lot of experience with cooking. I got to know Nistha in Berlin, networking among expat lady bosses. We are good friends and immediately started an informal business relationship. She is super passionate about educating people on the benefits of Indian cuisine, and as a very curious person I got passionate about supporting her with feedback and growth ideas. I love working with her — we easily slip into flow and spend hours brainstorming, creating content and cooking together. During these 3 years I learned so much from her that I couldn't be more grateful, and I really hope she can reach many, many more people.

I have been working together with Nistha for more than a year. She is an authentic person who is always energetic, supportive and responsible. She developed several recipes for my company's cook-box product and worked together on an Indian recipe booklet. She is a great workshop host with a brilliant talent.

Nistha and I got to know each other through our shared passion for spices. Last year we connected and planned some online workshops together — we hosted a "Sustainable Fusion Cooking Experience" and an Easter Sunday morning event. I really enjoyed virtually hosting online events with her; she is a really good dancer and her passion for food and sparkling energy is transported instantly to our guests. There is more to come and I'm looking forward to our first in-person event.
