Nistha Trehun is the founder of Kitty Party in Berlin, a keynote speaker, a Certified Happiness Coach and a Laughter Yoga Leader.

She graduated as a gold medalist in Finance and IT. Instead of following the traditional corporate route, she built a career around something she loves: bringing people together.

She founded Kitty Party in Berlin in 2019. Since then she has hosted more than 300 events for over 50,000 participants, for organisations including Google, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, LinkedIn and MIT.

Her work today covers workplace happiness workshops, laughter sessions, active breaks, team building, team retreats, event hosting and keynote speaking. In March 2026 she gave the International Women's Day keynote at Google Munich.

Her strength comes from years of working directly with groups: reading the room, getting people involved, removing awkwardness, and knowing when to raise the energy and when to bring it down.

Outside work, she reads about happiness, culture, health and business. She bikes, hikes, dances, travels whenever she can, and looks for the best chocolate in every city she visits.
