Creative Team Workshops: Block Printing and Ice Cream Case Studies

Hands-on workshops give teams a break from screens and something to make together. Here are two creative workshops we hosted in Berlin.

A block printing workshop for a tech company

Client: a tech company in Berlin that wanted a team event that felt natural, not forced.

We started with a short dance to loosen up. Then, with classical music in the background, the team printed their own tote bags with wooden blocks and paint. Some created intricate patterns, others experimented with bold colours. Small prizes for the most intricate design and the boldest colours added a playful finish, and everyone went home with something they made.

An ice cream and smoothie workshop for a gaming company

Client: a gaming company in Berlin looking for a summer activity beyond a cooking class.

We set up stations for instant ice cream and fresh smoothies near their office. Teams made their own flavours, competed in an ice cream styling contest and played short trivia games, with prizes for the winners.
