Mocktail and Drink Workshops for Teams: 4 Case Studies

Drink workshops are a format the whole team can join: nobody needs to cook, and mocktails mean the whole team takes part. Here are four events we hosted, onsite in Berlin and online.

An after-work mocktail evening in Berlin

Client: a team of a global consumer goods company, after a full day of strategy meetings.

The team wanted to swap the boardroom for an evening of celebration. We met them at a restaurant in central Berlin and set up a full mocktail bar with colourful, handcrafted drinks. The mocktails became conversation starters and a reason to toast. Later, one song turned the restaurant into a dance floor.

A creative drinks session for a design summit

Client: the design, research and technical writing team of a US software company, based in India.

The team was planning an internal summit with the theme creativity. They chose our spiced drinks session with two mocktails and two spiced drinks, and asked us to extend it from 60 to 75 minutes. We cooked, mixed and danced together online, which matched their theme of doing things differently.

A virtual holiday drinks party for a US team

Client: a 30-person team of a US medical technology company.

They chose three festive drinks: a mulled drink, apple pie in a mug and spiced hot chocolate. It was a fast-paced, cosy hour with music and dancing between recipes.

A virtual Christmas drinks workshop for a global tech team

Client: a team at a global technology company.

We hosted a virtual Christmas cocktail and mocktail workshop with a customised drink menu, live from our kitchen in Berlin. Colleagues joined from home, mixed their drinks together and celebrated the end of the year as one team.
